Cancellation
If you cancel your registration before the end of the registration period, the examination fee will be refunded minus an administrative fee of 15%. You must cancel your registration via your participant portal. Further information can be found there.
If you do not show up for the exam without having cancelled your registration in time, or if you leave the exam prematurely, or if you cancel your registration after the end of the registration period, you do not qualify for a refund.
Yes, you can re-register for a different date for the paper-based TestAS if registrations are possible at the same time. You can re-register for a different date free of charge via your participant portal in good time before the registration deadline.
If you do not appear for the exam for health reasons, the exam fee will not be refunded. There is also no entitlement to reschedule the exam to another date.
